Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to Readymade Pouch, operated by G2S Enterprises, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India. We strive to provide quality packaging products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation
Before Order Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be initiated.
After Order Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received during transit
Missing items in the order
Defective or unusable product received

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Customers must provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof
The product should remain unused and in original condition

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Minor color or size variations due to screen display
Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery

4. Replacement Policy
If an eligible issue is verified, we may offer:
Replacement of the product, or
Refund to the original payment method, depending on product availability and issue type.

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.
Refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
In case of damaged or wrong products, replacement shipping costs will be borne by Readymade Pouch.
